Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Pure Organism app and its online services, provided by HANWEN Hu, an individual developer ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it but do not reduce your rights under it.
Identification results
Identifications come from machine-learning models and are often uncertain. Scores shown are model scores, not the probability that an answer is right. Never rely on the app to decide whether a plant, fungus or animal is safe to eat, touch or handle, or to make medical, veterinary or safety decisions. Respect wildlife and local rules when observing and photographing nature.
Your content
Your photos, sounds and notes remain yours. You allow us to process the items you send for cloud identification only to give you an answer, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pro membership
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Pro currently includes 200 cloud identifications per calendar month (the free plan includes 20). On-device identification is unlimited for everyone. We may change what Pro includes; if a change reduces it, we will tell you in advance and it will apply from your next renewal.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to bypass limits or access other accounts, and no content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. The app includes open-source components and models under their own licences, listed in the app under Profile → Open-source notices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of identification results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

本条款适用于由个人开发者 HANWEN Hu（胡翰文，以下称“我们”）提供的 Pure Organism 应用及其在线服务。使用本应用即表示你同意本条款。如果你从 App Store 下载本应用，Apple 的《许可应用最终用户许可协议》同样适用；两者不一致时，本条款是对其的补充，不会减少你依据该协议享有的权利。
识别结果
识别结果来自机器学习模型，常常存在不确定性。显示的分数是模型分数，不是答案正确的概率。切勿依据本应用判断植物、菌类或动物能否食用、触碰或接触，也不要据此做出医疗、兽医或安全方面的决定。观察和拍摄自然时，请尊重野生动物并遵守当地规定。
你的内容
你的照片、声音和笔记归你所有。你允许我们处理你发送用于云端识别的内容，且仅用于给出识别结果，具体见隐私政策。
Pro 会员
Pro 是通过 App Store 销售的自动续期订阅，分按月和按年两种，价格以购买前应用内显示为准。确认购买后从你的 Apple ID 扣款。订阅会按相同周期和价格自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订；续订费用会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣取。你可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
Pro 目前包含每个自然月 200 次云端识别（免费版 20 次）；本机识别对所有人都不限次数。我们可能调整 Pro 的内容；如果调整会减少权益，我们会提前通知，并从你的下一次续订起生效。
合理使用
请勿滥用服务：不得自动化或批量请求，不得试图绕过限制或访问他人账号，不得提交违法或侵犯他人权利的内容。违反者的账号可能被暂停。
我们的软件
我们授予你个人的、不可转让的许可使用本应用。应用包含的开源组件和模型适用其各自的许可，列表见应用内“我的 → 开源许可”。
可用性与责任
我们努力保持服务可用，但不能保证不中断或没有错误。在法律允许的范围内，本应用按“现状”提供，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责，也不对依据识别结果做出的决定负责。本条款不限制你依据消费者保护法律享有的权利。
变更与联系
