Privacy Policy
Pure Organism is an app for identifying and recording plants, animals, fungi and sounds in nature. It is operated by HANWEN Hu, an individual developer ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. Contact: support@pureorganism.com.
What stays on your phone
Your photos, sound recordings, notes, observations, journal, atlas progress and statistics are stored only on your device. We do not receive them unless you choose cloud identification for a specific photo or sound (see below). Backups you export are files you control.
On-device identification and the live viewfinder run entirely on your phone. The app downloads identification models and species lists from models.pureorganism.com; these downloads do not include anything about you beyond what any web request carries (such as your IP address, which our hosting provider may log briefly for security).
Cloud identification
Cloud identification happens only when you ask for it. The app then sends that one photo (as a resized copy without location data) or that one sound clip over an encrypted connection to our service, hosted on Cloudflare. Our own models process it. For photos of plants and fungi, the photo is also sent to Kindwise s.r.o. (Czech Republic; plant.id and mushroom.id) to review the answer; Kindwise processes it under its own privacy policy.
We do not keep your photos or sounds after answering. We keep the answer for up to one hour so the app can collect the reviewed result, a count of how many cloud identifications your account used each month (deleted after about 13 months), and technical logs that record the species named and the model's score, not who asked.
Your account
An account is needed for cloud identification and Pro membership. Depending on how you sign in, we store your email address, or the identifier and email address that Sign in with Apple or Google shares with us, and the name you give, if any. Sign-in codes are sent by email through our email provider. Account data is stored on Cloudflare.
Pro membership
Subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple. We never see your payment details. To know whether your account has Pro, we receive from Apple the subscription's transaction identifiers, product, renewal or expiry date and refund status, and we link them to your account.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no third-party analytics, and we do not sell or rent your information. The app does not collect your location.
Deleting your data
In the app, Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account and its subscription link from our service. Data on your phone is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. A subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in your App Store account settings. You can also email us to ask for a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you.
Children
Pure Organism is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app.

留在你手机上的内容
你的照片、录音、笔记、观察记录、手记、图鉴进度和统计只保存在你的设备上。除非你对某张照片或某段声音主动选择云端识别（见下文），我们不会收到这些内容。你导出的备份文件由你自己保管。
本机识别和实时取景完全在手机上运行。应用会从 models.pureorganism.com 下载识别模型和物种表，下载请求不包含你的个人信息，只有任何网络请求都会带的信息（例如 IP 地址，托管服务商可能出于安全原因短期记录）。
云端识别
只有你主动要求时才会进行云端识别。应用会通过加密连接，把这一张照片（缩小后的副本，不含位置信息）或这一段声音发送到我们托管在 Cloudflare 上的服务，由我们自己的模型处理。植物和菌类的照片还会发送给 Kindwise s.r.o.（捷克，plant.id 和 mushroom.id）复核结果，Kindwise 按其自己的隐私政策处理。
给出结果后，我们不保留你的照片或声音。我们会把结果保留最多一小时，以便应用取回复核后的答案；会记录你的账号每月使用了多少次云端识别（约 13 个月后删除）；技术日志只记录识别出的物种和模型分数，不记录是谁发起的。
你的账号
使用云端识别和 Pro 会员需要账号。根据你的登录方式，我们会保存你的邮箱地址，或“通过 Apple 登录”、Google 登录提供给我们的标识和邮箱，以及你填写的名字（如有）。登录验证码通过我们的邮件服务商发送。账号数据保存在 Cloudflare。
Pro 会员
订阅由 Apple 销售和收费，我们看不到你的支付信息。为了判断你的账号是否为 Pro，我们会从 Apple 获取该订阅的交易编号、商品、续订或到期日期以及退款状态，并与你的账号关联。
我们不做的事
没有广告，不跨应用或网站追踪你，不使用第三方统计分析，也不出售或出租你的信息。应用不收集你的位置。
删除数据
在应用中进入“我的 → 账号 → 删除账号”，即可从我们的服务中删除你的账号及其订阅关联。手机上的数据在你于应用内删除或卸载应用时移除。订阅在你于 App Store 账户设置中取消之前会继续续订。你也可以发邮件给我们，要求获取或删除我们保存的关于你的信息。
儿童
Pure Organism 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集他们的个人信息。
变更
做法变化时我们会更新本页并注明新的生效日期，重大变更也会在应用内提示。
